Are Bubba Bocce (TM) made in the USA?
Portions are made overseas and imported. The majority of ball (the filling), representing about 95% of the volume and weight, is made in the United States. The balls and sets are assembled with US labor in Northeast, PA. Back to Top

Where can I buy them?
Currently our Bubba Bocce (TM) sets can only be purchased at BocceMart.com.

What are the rules for playing Bubba Bocce (TM)?
You can download the rules which were adapted from the published United States Bocce Federation by clicking DOWNLOAD. A hardcopy is included with each set.

How do I maintain the balls?
Clean the surface with soft soap and water. If the ball valve starts to leak, seal it in a bag and throw it away - there is no way to fix it. Our gel filling is a completely inert, non-toxic high density mixture, which is safe and easy to clean up with only soap and water. It is safe for all plumbing and septic and sewer systems and can safely be disposed in any landfill. It is completely harmless to all animals and humans and no gloves or protection needs to be worn when cleaning it up or off your hands. How should we store the balls/sets?
Never allow the balls to freeze. They should be stored at room temperature. Before a tournament if they were chilled, allow them to sit at room temperature for 24-48 hours. Also, sets should not be stacked or piled on each other more than 4 sets high.

Are these balls proven safe for kids?
Yes, since children play with these bocce sets, they fall under the laws of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) of 2008. For our soft indoor bocce product PVC Phthalates and Lead are required to be tested. Bubba Bocce (TM) meet the requirements of the US and European Standard on Safety of Toys: EN71 Part 1:2005 + A8:2009 - Mechanical and Physical Properties, EN71 Part 2:2006 + A1:2007 - Flammability of Toys, and EN71 Part 3:1994 + A1:2000 + AC:2002 - Migration of Certain Elements (including Lead and 6P Phthalates). What kind of warrantee is offered?
In the states where allowed, each indoor soft Bubba Bocce set comes with a six (6) month limited manufacturer's warranty. This protects the purchaser from manufacturing defects. In the case a ball fails within six months under normal operating and storage conditions, Bubba Bocce will replace the ball. Under no circumstance, will additional cleanup and liability costs be covered under this warranty. It is limited to the value of the bocce ball only.Back to Top
